AVRO (Algemene Vereniging Radio Omroep or "General Association of Radio Broadcasting") is a Dutch public broadcasting association operating within the framework of the Nederlandse Publieke Omroep system.

In 2014 AVRO joined with fellow broadcaster TROS to form AVROTROS.[1]
