Abhi Golhar (born August 20, 1984) is a nationally syndicated radio show host on the Wall Street Business Network, where he addresses topics related to real estate investing. He is also a Managing Partner of Summit & Crowne, a real estate investment firm located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Early Life[edit]

Golhar grew up in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated from Portage Central High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Michigan in 2006.[1]


Golhar began investing in real estate in 2002[2] in Detroit, MI and worked as an investor in markets throughout the Midwest before moving to Atlanta. There he founded the real-estate investment group Summit & Crowne, where Golhar remains a managing partner.[1]

While working with investors, Golhar started the blog Real Estate Deal Talk[3] and began to regularly contribute to Forbes,[4] Huffington Post,[5] and other publications. From 2016 to 2017, Golhar hosted an Atlanta radio show based on his blog on WAFS and on the Wall Street Business Network.[4]

Golhar currently hosts nationally syndicated radio show for Think Realty, an educational, real estate-oriented media company.[6] The show broadcasts on the Wall Street Business Network to a daily audience of 250,000.
