Adam Hofman (born May 23, 1980 in Kalisz) is a Polish politician. He was elected to the Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 10 994 votes in 37 Konin district, running from the Law and Justice party list.

On November 10, 2014, Adam Hofman was dismissed from the Law and Justice party for the so-called "airplane affair.[1]"
