Agua Fria is a populated place situated in Maricopa County, Arizona.[2] It has an estimated elevation of 1,122 feet (342 m) above sea level.[1]

Agua Fria was mentioned in Marty Robbins' 1959 country ballad Big Iron, in which an Arizona Ranger came to the town to fight the local outlaw, Texas Red.
