Al Rosas, CCP is an American organic farmer from Florida. Nicknamed and trademarked as The Organic Chef, he runs the Rosas Farms in Marion County, which produces and sells all grass-fed and organic foods. The farm sells its products at the farm market and through Sysco[1][2] and instructs hundreds of other organic farmers all over the United States on how to produce their own organic foods under the "Rosas Farms" label.[3]

In 2008, Rosas published a cookbook of organic recipes, titled The Organic Chef. In January 2008, he was awarded the Culinary Entrepreneur of the Year award by the Cordon D'Or for his innovation in producing and marketing organic foods.[1]
