Alain LeNôtre

Alain LeNôtre is a pastry chef, candy maker and ice cream maker;[1]

In 1998, Alain and Marie LeNotre opened the Culinary Institute LeNotre.[2][3] The culinary college located in Houston, Texas, United States, offers diplomas and degrees.

In October 2011, Alain LeNôtre opened Kris Bistro & Wine Lounge. Located within the Culinary Institute LeNôtre, the Lounge is a restaurant open to the public while also serving as a training center for students.[4][5]
