Allqa Q'awa (Aymara allqa multicolored, q'awa little river, ditch, crevice, fissure, gap in the earth,[2][3] "multicolored brook (or ravine)", hispanicized spelling Aljajahua) is a mountain in the Wansu mountain range in the Andes of Peru, about 4,800 metres (15,748 ft) high. It is situated in the Arequipa Region, Condesuyos Province, Cayarani District. Allqa Q'awa lies between the Puma Ranra valley in the east and the Waña Q'awa valley ("dry brook", Huañajahua) in the west.[1]
