Aircompany Armenia LLC[2] is an Armenian airline that was founded on 25 November 2015 and commenced operations on 21 April 2016.

Its head office is in Yerevan.[2]

History[edit]

Aircompany Armenia was founded on 25 November 2015 by Tamaz Gaishvili and Robert Hovhannisyan.[1] Gaishvili has 25% ownership of the company, Robert Hovhannisyan has 24% ownership and Ashot Torosyan has 51% ownership.
