At Latl is a band based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Members include Kent Watson(Guitar/Vocals/Synth/Bass), Dan Mahony(Bass/Vocals/Guitar), and Kevin Christensen(Drums/Studio Percussion). Their music has been described as a mixture of genres; combining aspects of folk or indie rock with the rhythmic stylings of an electronica or funk influence. Similarly, Milwaukee's developing music scene is also being stylistically built up based on alternative genre's and unconventional instrumentation.[1] The release of their Atlanta Atlanta E.P. was held at The Cactus Club in Milwaukee on March 29, 2008.[2] They have received vast support from Milwaukee fans, newspapers, and radio stations [3] including the Milwaukee campus newspaper, The UWM-Post.[4] At Latl is also a frequent artist to play at the Cascio Groove Garage at Milwaukee's music festival, Summerfest.[5][6] The Cascio Groove Garage stage is best known for sponsoring the best local bands at one of the world's larger music festivals. The band's debut full-length album, Safe Sound & Temporary, was released in 2010.
