Augusto Binelli (born 1964) is a retired Italian basketball player. He is 2.13 m tall and he played at center position.

Binelli played for Virtus Bologna from 1980 to 2000 and won 5 Italian championships (1984, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1998), 4 Italian cups (1984, 1989, 1990, 1999), 1 euroleague title (1998) and 1 Raimundo Saporta European Cup (1990). He also was 2-time McDonald's Open finalist (1994, 1996).

Binelli was drafted in the second round of the 1986 NBA draft by the Atlanta Hawks, though he never played in the NBA.

He played for Italian national team at Eurobasket 1985 (bronze medal) and Eurobasket 1989.
