Bagalur is a village in the Hosur taluk of Krishnagiri district, Tamil Nadu state, India. Due to the pleasant climate the government of Tamil Nadu has developed floriculture and horticulture around this village. The nearest town is Hosur, which is located 12 km away. This village is 5 km from the state of Karnataka. Due to its proximity to the states of Karnataka and Andra Pradesh, inhabitants of this village popularly speak Tamil, Telugu & Kannada, drawing influence from its neighbor states.
