Banner is a former settlement in Kings County, California. It was located on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad (original San Francisco and San Joaquin Valley Railroad line) 3 miles (4.8 km) north-northwest of Hanford, at an elevation of 259 feet (79 m). Banner still appeared on maps as of 1926.
