Barbara Nadalin (December 22, 1972 in San Vito al Tagliamento - July 14, 2012 in Udine[1]) was an Italian slalom canoer who competed from the late 1980s to the early 2000s. She won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 1996 European Championships in Augsburg.

Nadalin finished 15th in the K-1 event at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta.
