Binduga [binˈduɡa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sarnaki, within Łosice County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north of Sarnaki, 18 km (11 mi) north-east of Łosice, and 128 km (80 mi) east of Warsaw.

The village has a population of 132.
