Blackpool University is an organisation offering unaccredited degrees. It claims to be located in Dublin; it is recognised neither as an Irish institution of higher education nor as a body with the power to award its own UK degrees.
It claims accreditation from the Accreditation Council of Higher Education, an agency that does not appear on lists of recognised accreditation associations of higher learning.
