New chapter

Untitled[edit]

I recently added a chapter (Precursors and early dev.) in that book, but I don't know if I got everything, or if I gave some things undue prominence compared to others. Feedback? Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 21:08, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

ENQUIRE[edit]

I have really no experience with wikibooks, so I request now that somebody add to Precursors and early development ENQUIRE. mabdul 09:32, 24 July 2010 (UTC)

Need to rename this - perhaps "Wikibook"?[edit]

I already know what a "book" is; calling this specialized thing a "book" is misleading. Can we change the name to "Wikibook", and change the links (etc.) to match? Or perhaps some other less-confusing name? Thanks. Dwheeler (talk) 14:45, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Wikibooks (http://www.wikibooks.org/) is a sister project, which aims to create books from scratch. Wikipedia books, on the other hand, aims to create books from existing content. As for the name, well there's not much to be done about it I'm afraid. Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 05:39, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
