Borowa [bɔˈrɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarna, within Dębica County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) west of Dębica and 52 km (32 mi) west of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]

The village has a population of 740.
