Brzeźno Małe [ˈbʐɛʑnɔ ˈmawɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Śliwice, within Tuchola County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Śliwice, 31 km (19 mi) north-east of Tuchola, and 69 km (43 mi) north of Bydgoszcz.

The village has a population of 183.
