Buddleja 'Blue Gown'
|Origin||Newton St Cyres, Devon, England|
Buddleja 'Blue Gown' is a hybrid cultivar raised at Sir John Quicke's garden at Newton St Cyres, in Devon, England. The ancestry of 'Blue Gown' is unknown, but it has been speculated the plant is the result of a crossing of B. crispa and B. davidii
Flowering in mid to late spring, 'Blue Gown' grows to a height of 3.0 m, with a spread of much the same dimension. The foliage is similar to B. crispa, the flowers blue.
