Bujumbura International Airport (IATA: BJM, ICAO: HBBA) is an airport in Bujumbura, the former capital of Burundi. It is Burundi's only international airport and the only one with a paved runway.
Opened in 1952, the airport turned 65 years old on December 5th 2017.

Note1: Brussels Airlines' outbound flights stop in Entebbe, while all inbound flights are nonstop. The airline does not have traffic rights to transport passengers solely between Bujumbura and Entebbe.
