The British Journal for the History of Science (aka BJHS) is an international academic journal published quarterly by Cambridge University Press in association with the British Society for the History of Science. It was founded under its present title in 1962 but was preceded by the Bulletin of the British Society for the History of Science which was itself founded in 1949. The journal publishes scholarly papers and reviews on all aspects of the history of science. The journal is edited by Dr Charlotte Sleigh, who is the Director of the Centre for the History of the Sciences, University of Kent.
