SCSK Corporation (SCSK株式会社) (TYO: 9737) is a Japanese conglomerate formed in 1968, that primarily provides IT services to businesses. In April 1984 they acquired the video game company Sega,[1] and remained the financial holding group for Sega until 2004. They also owned the CSK Research Institute, which later became CRI Middleware.
