Capila penicillatum, commonly known as Fringed Dawnfly,[2][3] is a species of hesperid butterfly found in India and Southeast Asia.

Range

The butterfly occurs in India from Meghalaya (Khasi hills) eastwards to Canton, North Vietnam and Hainan.[3][4]

The type locality is Khasi hills.[1]

Status

Very Rare.[4]
