Carimañolas.

Carimañola is a Panamanian cuisine meat-pie in a torpedo-shaped yuca fritter, stuffed with cheese, seasoned ground meat or shredded chicken and fried. They are also found in Colombia. Carimañola is often served as a breakfast item in Colombia and Panama.[citation needed] They can be accompanied by suero.
