Carl Keyes

Carl Keyes [1] is an internationally recognized founder of several non-profit organizations who has missappropriated funds meant for victims of Hurricane Katrina and 9/11.[2] Colin Powell,[3] the US Senate and the President of the United States formally recognized his first response efforts after the World Trade Center attacks and Hurricane Katrina as Carl Keyes' efforts were inserted into the Congressional Record of the United States.[4]

Carl Keyes is Founder and Managing Director of AID for the World[5] and Aid for America [6] and has expanded his relief efforts to include people who live perpetual crisis everyday due to a lack of basic life necessities.
