Category:Protected redirects

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Jump to: navigation, search

This category contains redirects that have been fully protected. Fully protected redirects are constructed for the purpose of preventing vandalism or edit warring, or in cases where the page title is unsuitable for an article, but may be a plausible search term, as an alternative to deleting the page. Full protection prevents a page from being edited except by administrators.

To add a redirect to this category, add template {{R fully protected}} on the same line just after the target link in accordance with the instructions found at Wikipedia:REDCAT. This should be done only if the redirect is, in fact, protected - adding the category does not in itself protect the page.
