Proposal to rename this category[edit]

As per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (categories)#Man-made objects, by country categories of such things are named "in country". I believe the same convention should be applied to Provinces of Canada and therefore, the sub-categories of Provincial highways in Canada should be renamed in the style Provincial highways in <province>, and this category should be renamed Provincial highways in British Columbia. BC Project Assessment[edit]

There are quite a few BC Highways that have been tagged as part of the BC Project and many others that appear in Category:British Columbia provincial highways that are not yet part of the project. Although I have looked only at a few of these, they would all seem to be appropriately tagged as {{BCproject|class=start|importance=mid}}. If some are less complete than what I have seen, they might be a stub class instead of a start class. There may also be some well developed articles that are B class. Of course it is not for me to say how they should be assessed, but those are my suggestions. It would be useful if these could all be tagged, but when doing it, please assess them as well. Useful content by the way and a big job. My thanks to those who have created the content. --KenWalker | Talk 20:46, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
