Many of the "People from X County/Parish, State" categories seem to have been marked underpopulated at the same time by the same user. While they all have low population, this may not mean they are underpopulated. For example, Rabun County, Georgia, has a population of only 15,000. The corresponding category has ten people in it, which may be incomplete but need not be underpopulated given how few people, notable or otherwise, are from there. Is there some threshold for classification as underpopulated for categories like this one? Lagrange613 15:49, 23 December 2011 (UTC)
