Below is an archive of the WP:CFDS discussion. The result was a contested speedy, so there was no consensus for a rename. Please feel free to list at CfD.-Andrew c[talk] 23:17, 13 August 2007 (UTC)
Reply to comment - the adjectival form of New Zealand is "New Zealand" - in other words, the NZ examples you give are in adjectival form, as is standard practice for musical groups. "Victorian" does pose a problem with its multiple meanings, however. Grutness...wha? 01:02, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
Comment - I was just following the name of the category for the state (Category:Victoria). And I used adjectival form to be consistent with the already created Category:Western Australian musical groups and because the parent category is also in adjectival form (Australian), plus it just sounds more correct. - kollision 11:48, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
I was originally of the view that Victorian musical groups would bring it in line with the other Australian State musical group categories however I can see the point that SMcCandlish raises in respect to potential misunderstandings but after much thought I have to agree with kollision in that it just makes more sense Dan arndt 08:57, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
