Celes Ernesto Cárcamo (1903–1990) was an Argentine psychiatrist, interested in the psychoanalysis. [1] He actively participated in the founding of the Psychoanalytic Association Argentina and became the second president that the association had. Received Konex Platinum and a Diploma of Merit for his work in the field of psychoanalysis.
