The Central District of Behbahan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان بهبهان) is in Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Behbahan.[3]
At the National Census in 2006, its population was 130,774 in 30,588 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 138,530 people in 37,119 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 153,861 inhabitants in 3,720 households.[2]
