Chicos (which are not known as or commonly referred to as "chico babies" and are not labelled or promoted as such. In Australia they are known almost exclusively as "Chicos" which is also their official name) are a gelatinoussugar candy, similar to Jelly Babies, but rather than being fruit flavoured and in a variety of colours, they are all dark brown and are flavoured with cocoa resulting is a unique chocolate flavour. They are made by Australian company Allens Lollies, under the Nestlé Corporation. The word "Chicos" in Spanish translates to the English word "kids".
