Connecticut Water Service, Inc., was incorporated on February 1, 1956[2] Connecticut Water Service Inc is being acquired by SJW Water Group[3] [4][5] Eversorse sent a rival bid but it was declined by the board[6] Connecticut Water Services, inc is the parent company of Maine Water[7]
