Construction Engineers is a general contractor and construction management company that offers preconstruction services and conventional project delivery methods in addition to design/build and tilt-up construction services. The company is located in Grand Forks, North Dakota and a vast amount of their business is done in the Red River Valley of North Dakota and Minnesota. They offer pre-construction, general construction, and design-build construction services.
