CyberCoders, a division of ASGN Incorporated, [1] is a leading permanent placement recruiting firm. CyberCoders places professionals in all types of positions for all industries. While their services are free for applicants, the company earns revenue from any firm that utilizes their services.

History[edit]

CyberCoders is headquartered in Irvine, California, with offices in Los Angeles, Boston, and Framingham. CyberCoders was founded in 1999 and was acquired in December 2013 by staffing firm On Assignment,[2] a NYSE-traded firm, for $105 million.[3]

News and media[edit]

In 2019, CyberCoders was named one of America's Best Professional Recruiting Firms for the second year in a row.[4]

In 2018, 2017 and 2016, CyberCoders was named a Top Workplace by the OC Register [5]

In 2016, CyberCoders was named by the Orange County Business Journal as a Top Workplace, an award decided by surveying the firm's employees on their own view of the company. CyberCoders also received this award in 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010.[citation needed] This award is solely based on internal surveys and does not include data from the firm's clients, ex-employees, or anything related to how the company performs relative to their peers.

Public Perception[edit]

Monster cited CyberCoders as a company with awesome training and development programs. [6]

In 2018, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named Matt Miller CyberCoders' CTO as one of their Top 40 Under 40. The 40 Under 40 Class of 2018 represents the next generation of leaders in the workforce solutions ecosystem in North America. [7]
