Dan Curtis is a Canadian politician, who was elected mayor of Whitehorse, Yukon in the 2012 municipal election.[1]

In the 2011 election, he ran for the Yukon Legislative Assembly in the riding of Riverdale South for the Yukon Liberal Party, but finished third in the riding, which was won by Jan Stick of the Yukon New Democratic Party.

Viral Turban Video[edit]

Curtis made to international headlines with the viral turban video he did with Gurdeep Pandher[2]. The video was published by BBC News[3] and many national/international media outlets. Millions of people watched the video.
