Diyala football club (Arabic: نادي ديالى‎‎), is an Iraqi football club based in Diyala. The team was demoted from the first division after the 2005–06 season and finally they got promoted and will compete in 2008–09. After one year spell in the top division they got relegated to the Iraq second division
