Reinhardt was playing organized baseball at four years old and throughout his high school years at Santa Margarita Catholic High School, which ultimately led him to turn down a baseball scholarship with USC to sign with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim as their 10th round pick (293rd Overall) through a deal made by his father. In 2007, Reinhardt signed with the Baltimore Orioles. Due to his knee injury, Reinhardt returned to Los Angeles to continue his education at [[Pepperdine University]], where he is studying pre-law as a political science major and teaching on the side.

Douglas Francis Reinhardt (born October 22, 1985) is an American baseball player and television personality. He is best known for his appearances on the reality show The Hills and playing baseball for the minor league affiliates of Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and Baltimore Orioles. He serves as CEO of Fugen Mobile and Fun Facter.

From the field to The Hills

After Reinhardt injured his knee he returned to Los Angeles to finish his education and in his first week back he ran into Lauren Conrad. The two grew up together in Laguna Beach and he took her to his senior prom. The two hit it off after reuniting and he began appearing on the show The Hills as her boyfriend, but after they ended their relationship he continued to remain on the show as Lauren's friend.

Fugen Mobile & Fun Facter

Reinhardt is the co-founder and CEO of the cellular phone company Fugen Mobile. The company specializes in advertising and marketing, ringtones, graphics, jokes, and more, on cell phones in America. At age nineteen Reinhardt started the business with a friend in his garage. Now their clients include Sony, the L.A. Raiders and Cirque du Soleil.

Reinhardt is also the co-founder of Fun Facter, a ringtone company that specializes in custom ringtones, games, fun facts and horoscopes.

Personal Life

Reinhardt briefly dated The Hills star, Lauren Conrad. His previous brief relationship with actress Amanda Bynes ended in January 2009 with each claiming they were the ones that ended it. Reinhardt started dating hotel heiress Paris Hilton in February 2009. The couple broke up in June 2009; however Reinhardt and Hilton reconciled in August 2009.
