Comment: This draft appears to be partly about Andres Pira and partly about Blue Horizon. It does not establish notability for either. A Wikipedia article should be about one subject, not two. Robert McClenon (talk) 01:05, 14 September 2018 (UTC)

Andres Pira is Swedish-born Thai real estate investor and founder of Blue Horizon Developments.
Background[edit]
Andres Pira was born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1983. In 2003, Piras moved to Thailand and found himself homeless quickly after he arrived.[1][2] He has said that this "was one of the best and worst moments of his life."[3] Piras found a job working as a marketing executive for a real estate developer in Phuket at this time. In 2005, he left his job to create his own real estate agency.[4]
In February 2018, Piras married Nadear Chanson.[5]
Blue Horizon Development[edit]
Piras created Blue Horizon Development in 2013.[6][7]
Blue Horizon Developments' developments include several residential, educational, industrial, and commercial construction projects within the Phuket area of Thailand.[8][9] Some of these projects include:
- Skylight Villas - Private villas in Kamala.
- Signature Villas - Villas located near Nai Harn Beach.
- The Beachfront - A collection of oceanfront condominiums and villas.
- Himalai - Oceanfront condominiums located in Kamala Beach.
- Grand Himalai - Beachfront properties located in Kamala Beach.
In June 2017, Piras and Blue Horizon Developments was named the 'Top Thai Property Developer' and 'New Hotel Construction & Design' by Asia Pacific Property Awards 2017-2018.[10][11] In July 2017, the company won awards for 'Best Developer', 'Best Mixed-Use Development', and 'Best Mid-range Condo Development Phuket' for their B850 million Grand Himalai Project at the inaugural awards ceremony by Thailand Property and Dot Property Group.[6][12]
Bibliography[edit]
In 2018, Piras released his book, "Homeless to Billionaire", which is centered around his experience being homeless and how he started his real estate empire in Thailand.[13]
