Artificial Intelligence for the Earth Systems (AIES) is a scientific journal published by the American Meteorological Society. AIES examines artificial Intelligence (AI), machine Learning (ML), data science, and statistics in the context of meteorology, atmospheric science, hydrology, climate science, ocean sciences, and Earth system science.[1] The first issue of the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fully open access journal was in January 2022.[2]
