Charles Thomas Hays (May 9, 1869 – February 6, 1949)[1][2] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri from 1933 to 1942.[3]

Born in New London, Missouri.[1]

Hays was educated at Ralls county public schools, Bethany College in West Virginia, and the University of Missouri. He was admitted to the bar in 1893 and practiced, here for 14 years, serving both as city attorney and mayor.[1]

Hays died at his farmhouse in New London, Missouri, at the age of 79.[1]
