The company offers a wide range of financial services and business solutions with its subsidiaries based in the Greater Tokyo Area including Kanagawa Prefecture.

History

The company was established on 1 April, 2016 with the management integration of two regional banks in Japan: Kanagawa-based Bank of Yokohama and Tokyo-based Higashi-Nippon Bank[4].
