Club Career

[edit]Kaushik Das improved his performance with help from good foreign and Indian coaches at the club. He did well in competitions and he got selected for the Indian national team's U-16 camp in 2022 because of his dedication and hard work. His dedication and hard work soon paid off when he was selected to represent the Indian national team at the U-16 age category attending the U-16 Indian National Team camp in 2022.
In 2023 that Kaushik Das got a chance to go U 17 and reserve team of Mohun Bagan Super Gaints. His football talent caught by scouts from football coaches. Recognizing his talent, Kaushik Das was selected in the youth setup of Mohun Bagan Super Giants, marking the starting of a new chapter in his life.
In 2023, Kaushik Das perform well in the Relience Foundation Development League 2023, delivering outstanding performances. And, he also participated in the Next-generation Cup held in Navi Mumbai, where he competed against top teams like West Ham United from the Premier League teams.
Early Life
[edit]Kaushik Das was born and raised in Ranchi, Jharkhand, in a modest family. Despite facing challenges in accessing resources and facilities, he developed a passion for football from a young age.
International Career
[edit]In March 2022, Kaushik Das got called up by the AIFF for the India U16 National training camp in Goa, India.
