In May 2017, YTO Express acquired Hong Kong's publicly traded On Time Group, from which it formed the global logistics platform YTO Express International Holdings. In September 2017, YTO Express invested in the Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe railway route. In July 2020, Wiseway became a shareholder of YTO Express Australia, and YTO Express signed an agreement to develop a cargo airport in Jiaxing.[6]
