Two main contributors to this article were/are employees. The article relates to a non-tangible (non-product) financial service operating for profit. I am not knowledgeable-enough to determine whether this should be tagged as Advertisement.

Editor Karin Jam

The originator of this article Karin Jam has self-identified (pipe-linked) in several Commons uploads (example File:RL360-Headquarters-Isle-of-Man.jpg) as Karin Keskinyan.

Karin Keskinyan can be seen in Google searches as "SEO & Social Media Specialist, RL360°‏, September 2016 – May 2017 (9 months) Isle of Man" (at LinkedIn as Karin K), and at Twitter as @Karin Keskinyan with Tweets relating to RL360°.

There are also some possible Commons copyright concerns relating to two images (one stating the author as "Lucas Croydon" (in extended Exif) and also the incorrect PD licensing of a company marque by an employee at File:RL360-Royal-London-360-Logo.png.

Editor NigelDanzelman
Editor NigelDanzelman self-identifies with real-life name. Online searches show Nigel Danzelman as "Marketing Services and Communications Manager at RL360°" (International Adviser, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

As stated above in the original conficlt of interest notification, connected contributors are not allowed to make changes. They can suggest changes at the talk page of the article concerned - provided they are supported by reliable sources, preferably independent of the business, but should not make direct changes. Also from the same page's introduction:" In addition, COI editors are generally advised not to edit affected articles directly, and to propose changes on talk pages instead.".

Editor Karin Jam is already acknowledged to have moved on, hence the term used "Two main contributors to this article were/are employees".

On this occasion, the edits were not of concern - removal of embedded links to Wikipedia articles that I should have picked up.

NigelDanzelman please read WP:COI where you can see summarised "Do not edit Wikipedia in your own interests or in the interests of your external relationships" - this means paid (salaried) editing.

Wikipedia is not an advertising medium - you have your own websites, etc., where you can be active. There is a thin, subjective line on what constitutes advertising.

Please do not take it on yourself to remove anything from talk pages - this includes now-redundant maintenance templates. If you carry on making changes without due regard to established process you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Semperito (talk) 14:58, 13 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deletion of Talk page content

[edit]

I have restored the section above entitled Conflict of Interest editing which was deleted in entirety on 18 September by a new editor.

The content of this section relates explicitly to the article and to the top-template annotating the article as having a history of conflict of interest editing. The template clearly states: Please discuss further on the talk page. The section achieves exactly that requirement, and is informative for any passing reader.

Talk page content must remain intact, and should not be removed except by an administrator - having established good reason - or by the editor who originally added the content.

It is not 'normal' for a new user with no other edits to delete content in this way. Semperito (talk) 00:12, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
