EMI Music Japan Inc. (株式会社EMIミュージック・ジャパン, Kabushiki gaisha Iiemuai Music Japan) (previous name Toshiba EMI (東芝イーエムアイ株式会社, Tōshiba Iiemuai Kabushiki gaisha, also known as Toshiba EMI or TOEMI), is one of Japan's leading music companies. It became a wholly owned subsidiary of British music company EMI Group in 2007 after Toshiba sold off their previous 45% stake.[2] [3] The current CEO and president is Shoji Doyama.
