Egan, Iowa

Egan is an unincorporated community in Allamakee County, Iowa, in the United States.[1]

History[edit]

A post office was established in Egan in 1900, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1903.[2] It was named for the first postmaster, James Egan.[3]
