Eileen Catterson (born c. 1965) is a Scottish fashion model and former Miss Scotland. She attended Park Mains High School in Erskine, Renfrewshire.

In 1999, she and her sister sued McCowan’s, a Scottish toffee maker, for causing her teeth to become discoloured and thus requiring her to brush excessively. The manufacturer countered that "her dental records reveal no treatment of any significance since June last year and that any damage was caused by her own fault and negligence".[1]

In 2006, she was forced, due to an injury, to postpone an appearance in a short film being shot in London by writer-director Tim Biddiscombe.[2]
