Emotional is the fourth album by R&B musician Jeffrey Osborne. Produced by Rod Temperton, Richard Perry, T. C. Campbell, and George Duke.

Emotional contains his biggest pop hit, "You Should Be Mine (The Woo Woo Song)". The track peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100, and number two on both the R&B and Adult Contemporary (AC) charts. Other tracks that charted include "In Your Eyes" (#15 AC, #82 R&B)(Originally recorded by George Benson), "Soweto" (#11 Dance, #18 R&B), and "Room with a View" (#29 R&B). The album reached number five on the Billboard R&B Albums chart and number 27 on the Billboard 200.

Jason Elias of Allmusic.com (who praised previous albums by Osborne) called it "quite a disappointment".[1]
