Epe is a town and Local Government Area (LGA) in Lagos State, Nigeria[1] located on the north side of the Lekki Lagoon and about 90 km from Ibadan. At the 2006 Census the population of Epe was 181,409.[1]

There's no paramount ruler in the as we have two major communities with individual monarch. The notable festivals that are celebrated in Epe land includes, Kayo-kayo Festival, Ebi day, Ojude-Oba, Epe day, e.t.c.
